Extract the plugins zip file that you downloaded from:
http://leveragethesecret.com/blogging-tools

• Open up your FTP account and login to your website.
• Open up the Wordpress Blog Directory (I called mine "Test" for this video, but yours will probably be "Blog"
• Open up the wp-content folder
• Open up the plugins folder
• Copy all the Wordpress Plugins from the zip file into that folder.

note: you upload them all "as they are" into the plugins directory above.
