Just found a site called "TweetLater", which allows you to auto-accept people who are following you and follow them right back on your behalf.

It will even send an automated thank you message to their Twitter account!

You can setup multiple accounts if you have multiple Twitter accounts (business/personal/special interest, etc) and it also allows you to "schedule" future tweets.

Great time-saver, love it.
