Setup your Affiliate Site

I've already mentioned this on day 2 (Redirect your Domain to your Affiliate URL), so if you haven't done it yet, go back to that page and do it. Make sure that your new domain is pointing to your affiliate url so that you can start submitting it to websites, and referring to it in your online marketing asap.

Alternatively, and what I promised in that post, is to show you how I get rid of the ugly redirect to the affiliate page: eg: http://thesgrprogram.com/?affiliate_id=e023b89c

I'm going to introduce you to an essential marketer's tool...which is considered a little "black hat" but can be used for good  :)

You may not of noticed, but it loads up my affiliate url:

But in the URL Bar, users will still only ever see:
http://thesecretuniversity.com

Without the messy, "obvious" affiliate link.

It's a lot easier to show someone your website when it doesn't have an obvious affiliate link in the url!

Stealth Affiliate conceals clickbank hoplinks as well (no other cloaker can do this), it will also work in Wordpress, Blogger, MySpace, Squidoo, social bookmarking sites, emails, etc. And you can use any url of your affiliate program, not just the main page that the affiliate program gives you.

Basically, it will cloak your affiliate links and eliminate the reluctance people have to click on affiliate links and purchase from affiliate pages.

It makes an affiliate website (or web page) look like it is a part of your website.
