For each video (but mix it up a bit, you'll only wanna do one per week, you don't want to risk your account being deleted because they think you're spamming, etc.. but you don't want to forget to do it either!) :)

4. Upload your video to Facebook
5. Upload your video to Powerful Intentions
6. OpenWire your video
7. Embed your video into your blog
